Our Grandmothers stayed true

They didn’t need to hide or sugarcoat anything
They stayed in life and death in all their forms
They were not shying away
They loved
They served
And they rested
They were communing with nature
Mating with birds and animals
Conversing with plants
Standing in their power
But not the linear egoistic power
The power that is love
That is one with all creations
Because they ARE creation
Great compassionate power
That did not take any shit
That knew that the whole world was dependent on it
But never in fight or flight
Never withdrawn
Never depleted
Always in a deep, profound state of rest
SIMPLY BEING
In UNITY with creation
Letting the spirit
The life itself
Love
Move through them
Open channels
Without the need to protect
Because this power is ever-penetrating
It’s everywhere
The fire
The fire of our womb
The fire of the great Mother’s womb
THERE IS NOTHING that can dominate it
And for those who would want to dominate
She would reflect back their fear, insecurities, and ego
And hold space for them in great forgiveness
Great compassion
Great love
To come to their true nature
Their sense of UNITY with all
Because love IS the power
The greatest power of all
And our grandmothers stayed true to it
Unshakable
Vulnerable
Weeping, screaming, bleeding, purging, dying and rebirthing
Like a firebird
With their whole being
For the whole world
