By knowing ourselves deeply, we bring our presence, our state, and our gifts to the world.
BE MEETING OUR BODIES, we experience life fully and learn to hold all that it brings – the pleasure, the pain, and everything in between.
BY MEETING AWARENESS THROUGH THE SENSES, we learn to enjoy even the smallest moments and grasp onto distractions less.
BE MEETING THE WOMB, we connect with the most powerful source of creation and inner guidance.
BY MEETING EMOTIONS, we increase our capacity to hold anger, sadness, shame, fear, and joy.
BY MEETING THE ANCESTORS, we find our roots and the most steady source of support that lies in our blood and bones.
BY MEETING OUR SHADOWS, we learn our patterns, bring to light what’t been suppressed, step into accountability with compassion, and express ourselves without shame.
BY MEETING THE ELEMENTS, we embrace all parts of ourselves and embody the force of nature that brings our gifts into the world.
You Are Your Own Guide
I am not leading you with a specific agenda.
I will offer nine 2-hour sessions that will help you, from my own embodied experience, to meet essential aspects of yourself.
This is not a theory, but a 1:1 reflective, somatic, ceremonial journey.
In each session, opened and closed as a ceremonial space for medicine and protection, I will offer a guided journey, a practice, or a somatic exploration and hold space for you to meet a particular aspect of yourself. There will be a lot of space to process what is unfolding and wants to come through.
You will leave with a deeper sense of knowing, trust, and groundedness in your own experience and your deepest truth.
You will be able to make choices and create necessary changes in life rooted in your power and sovereignty.
You will have tools and practices that you can use anytime after our sessions end.
who am i to guide you?
Beyond all trainings and titles, I offer what I have embodied. THE FELT SENSE OF HOME WITHIN.
As I’ve been coming home to myself over and over again, staying true to my deepest callings and intuitive knowing, despite what people might think of me, I CAN HELP YOU FIND THAT WITHIN YOU.
I’ve been practicing the ancient teachings of recognizing one’s true nature through presence and awareness for 15 years, so I will be fully present with you and help you be present with yourself.
I am a Mother and a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach, so I will hold a gentle, compassionate space for you and ask the right questions to help you see yourself.
I am a Somatic Educator and Facilitator for Women and a Dancer, and that will help me stay embodied and guide you into the state of embodiment and gentle, deep processing through your body – breath, sound, touch, and movement.
I am a healer rooted in my Slavic ancestry and understanding of the elements from the Traditional Tibetan Medicine studies, and that will help me create a ceremonial space so you can experience the sacredness of your own lineage, the elements, and all life.
